Soft-Start Technology for Stable Ultrasonic Welding
Traditional ultrasonic welding equipment may experience impact when ultrasonic vibration starts after the welding head contacts the workpiece.
Lingke’s patented soft-start technology initiates low-amplitude vibration before the welding head reaches the welding position. The system then switches to the required welding frequency after reaching the welding point.
This approach helps reduce startup impact and the risk of flash, poor welding, and deformation, particularly when welding thin-wall or precision plastic components.
Dynamic Contact Detection for Consistent Production
Accurate contact detection is another important factor in servo ultrasonic welding. Fixed pressure thresholds can sometimes cause false detection due to dust, flash, or minor resistance during the welding head’s movement.
Lingke’s patented control method uses a dynamic contact threshold that changes according to the position of the welding head. This allows the system to be less sensitive to disturbances when the welding head is farther from the workpiece and more responsive as it approaches the welding position.
Built for Precision and Production Stability
Lingke’s servo ultrasonic welding machines integrate self-developed welding systems, generators, transducers, molds, and control systems. The equipment provides up to ±5 μm welding accuracy, 0.1 N pressure control accuracy, and 0.001 s time control accuracy. Welding curves and process parameters can also be recorded for production monitoring and MES integration.
For manufacturers looking for a reliable ultrasonic plastic welding machine, patented control technology combined with precision manufacturing can provide a more stable foundation for automated production.
