Ultrasonic welding, which converts the mains AC (190-240V, 50/60Hz) into a high-frequency and high-voltage signal through an ultrasonic generator, and converts the signal into a high-frequency mechanical vibration through the energy conversion system. The high-frequency vibration generates intense relative friction between the two metal contact surfaces. This process effectively fractures and removes the oxide film and impurities on the surfaces, allowing the pure metal atoms to come into close contact. The heat generated by friction (far below the melting point of the metal) and the plastic deformation energy activate the metal atoms in the contact zone, prompting them to mutually diffuse and form a strong metallurgical bond. At the same time, the product will be cooled and shaped under a certain pressure, so as to achieve perfect welding.
